A Journey Worth Sharing

HOW IT ALL STARTED?

Soccer was our first passion. Calvin and I were recruited to play for the University of Virginia on a full ride as a package deal. We left school and spent two years playing in Europe, then signed professional contracts with Miami FC. We are currently on the Men's US Beach Soccer National team.

Through our training both inside and outside of the gym, we learned how to maintain a career free of injuries, and build the perfect muscle proportion without compromising our performance. We meticulously tested various training styles throughout our career and designed a highly effective training philosophy for anyone to benefit from.


We took our soccer experience, BS degree in Organizational Leadership, and training credentials to refine these masterworks, which ultimately resulted in the birth of The Futbol Fitness.

OUR PROGRAM HAS 3 MODULES

PRE-SEASON

This block consists of three phases [PHASE 1-Base strength, PHASE 2-Sport Specific Strength, PHASE 3-Power Development].

IN-SEASON

(Strength maintenance). The objective is to maintain strength gained from pre-season, and perform at peak level while in-season.

POST-SEASON

This module mainly covers the recovery part. Our main objective here is recover and rebuild so you are ready for the next session.
